We ship all orders via USPS, UPS or FEDEX depending on destination. Web orders are typically processed within 36 hours of payment. If you request expedited shipping we will do our best to ship same day or the following day by 2pm. Please email [email protected] with any special requests. We are a small business and work tirelessly to provide the most efficient and rapid service possible. We work hard to keep shipping costs low. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout and depends on package weight, dimensions and shipping address. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

• Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday and expedited deliveries are unable to be delivered on Saturday.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase at ETHOS Concept but understand sometimes you need to make an exchange or return. We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges with the following terms below:
Items eligible for return: Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to be ensure eligibility.
In Store: Eligible items may be returned within 24 hours for a full refund or 7 days for a store credit/exchange. Sale items, swimwear, intimates and special orders are final sale.
Online Orders: Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchange when postmarked to ETHOS CONCEPT within 7 days of your orders original delivery date.
Sale and discounted items, swimwear, intimates and special orders are final sale.
There will be a $9 restocking fee for returns.
Holiday Online returns: Purchase your gifts with total peace of mind. For Holiday orders between November 28 and December 19th, you can request to return an item up to January 4th, 2023!
